Version 25.0 of DigitalLith is online

Wish you a Happy New Year. It is been some time since I posted here. I might post more often this year, at least that is one of my New Year Resolutions. Maybe the least one, but at least one of them.

Now for the first post this year: I just uploaded a new version of DigitalLith. It is now 25.0 and if I am lucky, it will stay 25.0 for the whole year. As always, here is the link the the DigitalLith home page: Click!

Here is the new feature that I am most proud of: The Lookup Table Editor. This now allows you to create DigitalLith LUTs or edit existing ones. It is feature rich, you can still pick colors from scans of lith prints, but placing is a lot easier. This is how it looks like:

You have various possibilities to set the color, be it by picking and inserting the plain numbers, or by using the HSB sliders, or by just setting the hue and then picking one of the color patches, or by selecting one of your previously defined favorite colors. Have a look at the documentation which has a description what you can do with it.

Another new feature which might be helpful is that you now can have a histogram displayed. This will give you more control over the tonal values of your image.

Besides these two main features, there is quite a few more changes. Have a look at the change log: Click!

Have fun, give feedback, send images!
