Visiting Paris it is always a good idea to visit Musée d’Orsay. They have an impressive collection of impressionists, a huge collection of furniture of the Nouveau Art era. Starting as a train station the architecture of the building is also very interesting. So if you ever visit Paris with limited time I would rather recommend Musée d’Orsay over Louvre. Given the sheer size there is definitely more to see in Louvre, but still for me there is no second thought.
