On our way to Le Guilvinec we saw on our map that a little town Pleyben was marked on our map as worth a detour. Going on N164 the detour was rather short and we needed a coffee break anyway. We had coffee and something to eat in a boulangeries on place Charles de Gaulle. I think that every town in France has a place Charles de Gaulle and at least half of them have a church or cathedral called Notre Dame de something.
But what the town was mentioned for in the map must have been the Pleyben Calvaire (Click!) which I somehow … did not photograph. But under the compulsion of my church chair obsession, my souvenir from Pleyben is an image of: a church chair.
