I found that my framing guess-work yesterday was not up to the task. I need more practice in pinhole photography again. Only those three images are kind of OK. Well mediocre might be the better word and even that would be a very positive notion of … crap. But anyway, here is three images I took in the morning.
But the day went well when I visited an exhibition in Heidelberg where nine pinhole artists show their work: Click!
Very good photography and very inspirational, curated by Markus Kaesler. Great exhibition. And I also got the chance to get my hands on this little gem: Cronopios. A fanfold-style book from Jeff McConnell.
He did what I long planned. I am too late. But I like his project. Here you can find this project and more works: Click!
And I have been also very impressed by the images that Lena Källberg presented. Here is a link to her site: Click!
But then, I also liked all the other photographers works and it is probably not fair mentioning two above the others. Here is a list of the other seven:
- Inga Dinga: On Flickr
- Nils Karlson: Meat Grinder
- Kohsuke Higuchi: Pinhole Room A
- Ky Lewis: Experiments in Analogue
- Diana Pankova: On Instagram
- Maurício Sapata: Chaos
- Margot Senkova: On Facebook
Give it a try, it is worth it.
