Today I visited my parents who live in a small village in the middle of Palatinate Forest. The village I was born. One attraction there is the ruins of Castle Gräfenstein which I visit whenever possible. At least all of my cameras and lenses I ever had, had to visit the castle.
So today was the day I climbed the hill again. On my way up I mostly used my Fuji X-Pro2 with the f2/50mm mounted to it. It was the premiere for that lens. Here is a small series of images I made on my way up the castle. Once at the castle I switched gear. More about this later.
